Affiliate Disclosure

Clear recommendations begin with clear relationships.

How affiliate links work

An affiliate link is a link that can credit a publisher when a reader visits a merchant and completes a qualifying action, such as a purchase. If we use an affiliate link and you make a qualifying purchase, we may receive a commission at no extra charge from us. Merchant prices, booking conditions and eligibility remain controlled by the merchant.

Current shopping links

We do not claim membership of an affiliate programme unless an arrangement has been approved. Ordinary merchant and official-source links may appear in our articles without earning a commission. Links identified as affiliate links are commercial links; a reference to a retailer alone does not imply a partnership.

No reader needs to buy anything to use our guides. Availability, suitability, total cost, delivery terms, cancellation conditions and returns should be checked directly before purchasing or booking.

Editorial independence

Our editorial approach puts reader scenarios and tradeoffs first. Compensation does not justify invented testing, unsupported rankings, fabricated discounts or false personal experiences. We do not sell a guarantee of favourable coverage.

We use published information and practical editorial analysis. Unless an article explicitly describes a documented test, it should not be read as a hands-on product test or a first-person travel report.

Sponsored content and gifts

If an article results from a paid collaboration, gifted item or hosted experience, that material relationship should be disclosed in the article. Stock photographs are used to illustrate scenes and do not imply the photographed person endorses the site or product.
